So how did I beat all my BT friends and get to start this thread?

Anyway, great training run, a quick mile around the block, then a shower and off to work for the next 10. Hope everyone has a great day.

Gooood morning!

60 mins/17.25 on the trainer.  Now off to chase CC kids.  Hope to get my own run in later today, some pool time as well!

Have a great day and happy Humping...snort snort.  I'm such a 12 year old! Tongue out

Woke up late for work so no run in this morning.  Donated blood.  Then a ride this evening probably in the 40mile range

30+ in the pool, tied to bright yellow bungee cords. I love my Aquavee.

40+ on a crappy plastic (not kidding) stationary, but my parents have CABLE TV ... I am so excited. (Heck I don't have any kind of TV ... or even a TV).

Gonna try to bang out another 40-60 this eve, depending upon how the old recovering bod holds up.

Biking and swimming for me today. About 45 minutes to get home on the bike and about the same in the pool later this evening. This all depends on the rain staying away for a while.

Enjoy whatever your day brings!

Hey!  'Sup?

Last night:  Ran a road I've always wanted to run.  Out in the country, VERY hilly, in fact ALL hills--long and steep.  Yea!  Did an out-and-back, out 28 min. (was going to turn around at 25, but I just HAD to get to the top of the hill I was on before I turned around), and I made a negative split!  Yea!  It was good 'n' muggy last night too, which I love.  I have a road I can run for honest-to-goodness hill work now.

This morning:  1600 yd. swim:  200 w/u, 12x100, 200 c/d.

Tonight:  Hill repeats (I'm gonna teach myself to love hills yet!) on the TM and ST.

4 miles of "hills", which was really just one parabolic hill, run twice. HOT out there, it looked like I had jumped into a lake in my clothes. Saw a few other runners out there too, which is the first time that has happened. I made sure to be extra happy to see them!

No TV. No wonder why you're so active on here. LaughingGlad to  see that you are working out so soon after your accident..
As for myself I did 40 minute swim today.

3 miles today.  hoping to start the build up to 10k now after a couple of easy weeks thanks to a groin pull.  still on the fence as to whether I can do the OLY august 2.  next couple of weeks will tell--run's the point of concern. If not I'll lay back and do the sprint

15 minute swim in the pool cause that's what the training plan says to do in the last days before HIM... Feels weird though. I was just getting used to 3000+ yards in the pool.

Good evening! Forecast was for rain and storms all day long -- didn't get a drop.

Worked in the yard for almost three hours this afternoon and then did 50 minutes on the bike -- 1 mile hard; 1 mile easy; and so on. Gotta love those Kansas "mile" roads. Makes training really easy.

20mile ride at 5:30 am, chasing around 2 ironmen on their easy day!  Wow, I would hate to see their hard day!

Later, 10 mile ride pulling my girls on bike trailer for family ride.
