Subject: RE: 6.19.11 Terrific Tuesday! 20 minute run, IT Band was a B* today! 45 minutes getting ART done on my knee, ankles, Achilles tendon, and neck adjustment. 20 minutes taking my NEW bike out for a spin right before dark (you can bet pictures are forthcoming!) 20 minutes of stability exercises and foam rolling. Productive day - tomorrow hopefully the run will be much stronger, although it's going to be hard to run with something this pretty looking at me =D |
