I just returned from a weekend of Yoga Teacher Training. I'll be doing these trainings once per month until February. I'm so excited about becoming a yoga teacher although I'm a bit overwhelmed by the amount of information that I need to digest. |

Thanks for asking, got really lucky at the house, nothing really happened at all. Nearby towns like Windham got hit pretty hard, saw some scary pictures from up there, mainstreet being completely underwater. Even just a bit down the road saw someone with 6-7 huge trees down in the yard, house looked okay though. |

Master 1623 | Subject: RE: August East-West Run/Jog/Wog/Walk Challenge! Ugh I didn't get my run in today... got off work late then went grocery shopping with James which took forever. In other news, I got attacked by my stapler at work today. It shot a staple right into my finger like completely flat against the skin. I was with a patient so I had to very calmly pull it out and try to stop the bleeding while asking them to read the visual acuity chart. I thought I was going to scream. It hurt so bad and really just freaked me out. James didn't have a great morning either. His car battery died and he missed class because of it. The afternoon wasn't bad though and my boss gave me Monday off... with Pay!! |
