Passed two swimmers during pool section. Time is miss-leading. transistion area was stone lot. Had to put on shoes before getting into T1.

This was a great first triathlon for me. Learned that I can do this. Just need to increase my speed and endurance for runs and biking. Along as decreasing my transition time.

It looks like most peoples first tri.  congratulations.   I look forward to seeing you progress and improvements.    Very nice job Ken you have now done what most people never will.

Good job, Ken.  You finished and you didn't get hurt, which are good goals for a first tri!  Don't fret about your times, especially transition.  With more practice and races it will only get easier.  The first tri is when you see what it is all about and all the ones after that are for building on the knowledge and experience you have gained.

And like Dave said, you have accomplished something that not many people can or will choose to do.  Be proud and thankful!
