Subject: Garmin 610
I just bought the 610 and have been customizing the settings and also reading about how the TE (training effect) is used and I've come up with a question. Typically I choose to train with HR zones based on my lactate threshold HR rather than my max HR. If I set my 'max' on the watch to this value won't it cause all of the other calculations to be off since my lactate threshold HR is about 12 to 14 bpm lower than my calculated max HR?
