Comments:

At mile 17 I hit a wall bigger than I had anticipated. My calves locked up, and my right groin and hip area were killing me. I had to walk much of the last 7 miles. This killed my time. I suppose that with the month lay-off I had nursing a peroneal entrapment I didn't do too terrible.

Cramps, cramps, cramps!!!

Event comments:

The events were non-existant and the drink stations ran out of water and cups, but the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. Running next to the Niagara River for 14 or so miles was an awesome experience.
