felt alright to begin with, it felt tougher than i think it should have, my time was slower (~2 minutes) than the crim and i think the crim course was a little tougher. it was very humid, and i can't remember the last time i sweat that much. i walked through the last 5 aid stations to make sure i was getting plenty of fluids. i think i will also do this during the marathon.

Course: beautiful tree lined path with rolling hills along the river in downtown Lansing.
