I don't know how much anyone else would use this, but I'd appreciate it. Would it be possible to add a main category called core in addition to abs? Then, can we add these? They're all from Mike's core workouts.

CORE | Supine Leg Curl (FB)
CORE | Supine Hip Extension (FB)
CORE | Superman
CORE | Superman (FB)
CORE | Elbow Bridge (FB)
CORE | Reverse HyperExtension (FB)
CORE | Back Extensions (FB)
CORE | Roll Out and In (FB)
CORE | Knee-To-Chest (FB)
CORE | Pikes

CHEST | Pushups (FB)

ABS | Lying Oblique Crunches (I know we already have obliques, but...)
ABS | Advanced Obliques
ABS | Crunches (FB)
ABS | V-Ups (FB)
ABS | Medicine Ball Twist

Mike's core workouts can be found at

http://www.d3multisport.com/articles.html

Look on the right side, and you'll see links for workout 1, 2 and 3

FB is FitBall (what Mike calls it). It's the big ball. (I don't know what the generic name for it is.)

ETA looks like it could be called a fitness ball, or a swiss ball (http://www.bodytrends.com/products/ball/fitnessball.htm)

Ron - YOU ROCK!  I'd been hoping you added some core stuff just like that!  Just one small question: can you put a 'General' exercise in?  I typically do a circuit, and I'd rather just log the overall time spent, than each individual exercise.

Thank you!
