Medial Tibia Calf pain

Wonder if any of you has suffer right medial calf pain mid tibia shaft. I has a small bump near the bone on the medial posterior tibia. It doesn't bother me swimming or biking, but after running 1/4 to 1/2 mile I get pain the last about 24 hours. It's not tender to the touch and can't find a stretch that increase the pain.
