I'm crying already!!! The MLS guy breaks my heart; so young

That's "ALS"...MLS is Multiple Listing Service, in case you're in real estate.

Couldn't believe how Stattler blew his stack with the cameras running....one F word after another...I can fully appeciate, but still doesn't look good, he was trying to pry off his tire with a stick, don't these guys carry tire changing gear? Sarah Reinertsen looked unbelievable, she had energy to burn, just seeing her come into T2 and then the finish, very powerful. The guy with ALS sure gets to you.....such pain....it's an incredible stage for human drama....

I taped it and I plan on digitizing it and putting it on DVD, I'll make a few extra copies for those interested.

I had set up my PC to record the event but for some reason it failed. *sigh*
If someone can furnish me with a copy in MPEG I can host it. Lemme know.

NBC (or any other major network) needs to put together quality tri programming like that more often... maybe someday that dream will come true, but i'm not betting too much on it..

My son taped it, I just finished watching it.  CCCCRRRAaaaaaap,(wiping tears from my eyes)....didn't think it would happen after watching last years show.

Well  I think NBC should get a few more emmy awards....But I would like to see a 3 hour dvd of more footage.   BEST JOB in the TRIATHLON world..being the editor of all the footage...Could you imagine the great stuff you would see.....

Why is Badman the only on riding a Cheetah?

Why did Norman have two flats and no one else (leaders) getting flats?  What is the rule or help for flats?  Does Ride repair have suitable replacement wheels?

So what is it, be a stud Rider or stud Runner?

Bless John Blaise, he finished, why can't I?  I WILL!  Where to go SARAH!  And the TEAM  JAVELIN  guy..

As mainstream TV goes, it was very good, hit the emotion button and general info button.   But for Triathletes like myself and all the other BT, other Tri geeks,  a 3-4 hour dvd of that race would be a SWEET Stocking stuffer for XMAS.

The have channels for everything now...I vote for an all triathlon channel.  I ws so inspired by all of those stories.  I always wish they would profile more age groupers.  I loved the stories about John and Sarah, but I would alos love to see stories about ordinary age groupers like us and show what it's really like for people without sponsorships and unlimited training time to complete an Ironman

Don't you get to see this everyday?

I'm honest, the only person that is reaslly interested in my training, is me. I would hope they wouldn't waste time shopwing my training/racing, when there are so many more interesting stories out there.
