Does this still count as a brick? I did 30 min on stationary bike (9 miles), then right to treadmill for a 30 min run (2.8 miles). It felt pretty good. My legs were a little wobbly at first on the run. I will start swimming on Tuesday. I am a little scared about the swim, I know how, but I am not strong, fast or have any endurance, any advice?

Thanks Joe

Yes, your brick counts. And please don't worry about speed and endurance on the swim just yet. Just worry about accomplishing small goals. Get a good stroke and rhythm down and you'll be fine. Practice, practice, practice. Good luck and way to go on your brick!

Thanks for the advise. When I am in the pool, the only thing I can think about is getting to the other side as fast as I can. When I get there, I need to rest, which is frustrating because I can do very well on the bike and pretty good at the run. I will try to concetrate on a good stroke and rhythm.
Thanks again.
Joe
