Subject: question on aero bars....
I will be competeing in my second trin in about 8 weeks ... i would like to use aero bars for the remainder of my training and the tri ... howver i know nothing about them... where should i start??? what would be a good price to pay for a set so that I can see if I like??? etc... any help would be appriciated

The clip ons typically run anywhere from $85 - $120.
I actually went to a store which had several bikes with different areo bar setups. Then I took the different bikes for test rides to see the difference in the bars.

Get yourself a set of clip on aero bars to start; the Profile Century bars are only 55$ at Nashbar. Remember that when you do use your aero bars you must advance your seat forward a few centimetres; the exact distance is up to you. Your best bet is to have a reputable bike mechanic who is knowledgeable aout triathlons adjust the set up for you.
