Subject: UPDATED Training Logs.... The Updates are DONE! The bugs are mostly snuffed out of existence. To see what in the world we have just done to the training logs over the last few weeks - as some of you had questions, go to the updated "INSTRUCTIONS/FEATURES" in the training log forum. Stuff about the new : Health Data Logging Heart-Rate Zone Logging Graphs of Health Stuff and How to interpret...PRETTY COOLIO!!!!! Copy/Move/Delete single or blocks of training data over any data range while being able to choose what goes. SWEET!!! Other misc stuff. We added a lot of user input: Start workouts weekly totals on ANY day (edit user training settings) Added 'Total Volume' graph...your week or month or year SUMMED training data. Added Strength and Sports data to graphs and week, month, year totals Added Swim and Cycle to Race Logs Added #hours slept in logs. Added a user search function in the 'User listing' at top of forum...although dont know if works correctly yet. Pace is NOT automatically calculated...must hit 'Calc' Other Stuff.
THESE LOGS ARE MACKED OUT!!!!! Please try them out if not logging as they just got a whole lot better!
