Subject: Write me a Swim Workout for Lunch
I am never sure what to do for the 30 minutes I can get in on lunch at the pool. How about a little help? I a fairly slow, my 50 yard freestyle time is now ~43 seconds (and that is flat out ). I can do a so-so backstroke, and an ok butterfly. The YMCA I can go to has kickboards, pull buoys, and flippers.
What might be come workouts?
