Subject: First Bike
Picked up my bike and I am loving it went for a ride and its great!!!!! I can't wait to get back on it later!!!! Anyone have any pointers for longer rides??? (ex. what should i bring with.....) OR just riding in general anything will help

I also got my sister to do a tri with me!!!!!

Some money and ID. Cell phone. Some kind of power bar.
Tire repair patch/spare tubes, pump, multifunction bike tool. I find those under the saddle bags ideal for all of that.

Glad you are enjoying biking. Biking is one of those things everyone loves as a kid, but once grown up forgets that fun feeling of wind in your face and freedom it provides...

If it is your first long ride, and rather long at that, you may develop saddle sores. I always use (and carry extra) Butt Butt'r. There are other products, this one works for me.

If you haven't already, you may want to practice changing a tire.
