Subject: H3C FRONT & BACK or DISC
I'm looking at getting H3C front and back or H3C front with a HED superlite disc. Does anyone have any pro's or con's on one or the other setup. My "A" race this coming season is IMLP. Thank for your input.

The disc in the rear will be faster (more aero) and a better combo unless it is VERY windy.

The Hed discs are relatively heavy.  I'd go with the Renn Madeira personally.  Check out the thread I started comparing various disc wheels.  I believe IMLP is a hilly course so you might not want to haul a disc around with you at all.  The aero advantage on the flats might be outweighed (pun intended) by the extra energy required to climb.  There is also the wind to consider.  If you only have a disc for the rear you'll be in a tough spot if it happens to be windy on race day.  How about a Hed trispoke rear and a deep rim front like the American Classic 50mm?
