Subject: Triathlete looking to relax and build muscle Hi folks, I've been racing for years but need to put on some muscle before my wedding (so I don't look so skinny in the pictures :P) Turning to weights, nutrition overhaul and mental switch from tons of training, carbs and constant focus to a more balanced approach. I used to have GI issues, stress, unwanted weight loss, lack of energy, overuse injuries. These are gone and I'm finally packing on some pounds of lean muscle.
