Pre-race routine:

Up around 0645, coffee and pancakes. Got the stuff ready and Nukes drove to Lawrence.
Event warmup:

Rode the course a couple of times to get a feel for the course. Then got on the trainer and rode for about 25 minutes to get a solid warmup.

Comments:

This was awesome, my first Crit!!!!!! I won the intermediate sprint and came in 6th overall, so 4 points for the sprint, 3 points for the last lap, and 6 points for the overall race with a bonus point for starting. Total 14 points.
What would you do differently?:

Taking the intermediate sprint definetly cost me later, might want to look at the points to figure out what the best strategy is.....

Great job! I have done one Crit and it may be my favorite race ever. Its a bit scary, but you did awesome.
