Hey everyone - I'm sure this has been posted but I haven't been able to find it...

I'm looking for descriptions / pictures that correspond to the exercises listed under 'CORE' in the strength training section.

Thanks!

Many of them are described on Mike Ricci's website (http://www.d3multisport.com) under the Tips section - see Core 1-6.

Descriptions and graphics for strength exercises is something that's being looked into. Ron came into triathlon from a strength training background, so you can be sure that that section is only going to get better and better.

Thanks! I was looking for a way to make sure that the exercises I am doing actually map to the listed ones. Some of the websites I've found have conflicting descriptions based on the terms listed in the strength list.

Starting end of this month and continuing through the year we will be re-defining all the exercise terms so they are the most accurate and widely used.  Also we will be adding an exercise 'how-to', pictures and audio/video to all exercises in the strength logger.  This will take awhile but I have somebody on the job for this and we plan to hopefully roll out 20 exercises with tutorials each month....we should end up with 200-300 including core stuff.  We will also add the ability to define your own exercises too.

Ron, that sounds awesome!  As if most of my free time isn't already taken up by logs (the training and the logging!) har har!   I was going to ask that the "medicine ball pass under the knees" be added to the core workout, but I'm sure it will be!  Thanks for all your hard work!
