Comments: I planned on going out to fast to see how hard I can push myself What would you do differently?: Nothing really. If I went an even pace I probably would have cut a little time off, but I did not know what that pace should be. So now I know what too hard feels like. Post race
Warm down: Walked a nearby path or a short distance. What limited your ability to perform faster: I spent Sat. volunteering at a kids event, lots of kneeling and such. I'm sure this limited my performance, not that I would have done it differently. Last updated: 2006-03-23 12:00 AM

Go up 4AM had toast and cereal. drove to the race. Lft the bag with my water bottles and pre/post race food in the kitchen.
Jogged the course till I felt my legs loosen up then turned around. Spent the rest of the time before the start lightly streching.
