I've been reading you posts and checking out your website, but I still can't decide what to do. I have a half IM in Macon GA soon and I want to do well. What would be a good concoction for the race. I am thinking a mix of cytomax and perpetuem with ecaps occasionally. but I don't know at what interval and proportions to take all of this stuff. Also, how is your shipping service, im in NC and want some juice asap!!
