Subject: Bontrager RXL Hilo or Shimano SH-tr31 or Specialized Trivent??
I am deciding between 3 pair of tri bike shoes. What is your experience with any of these? Price is about the same for all three. Thank you for the help.

LOVE my trivents! I've had them for three years. They fit great. They have great breathability, and on my model year they have a loop on the heel for quick T1. I don't have any experience with the others.

Easy answer.  Get the shoe that fits YOU best.  Comfort should be PERFECT when trying on bike shoes.  Supportive but with room to loosen clips/straps as your feet swell with riding.  Even minor pressure points can cause big problems on long rides.
