I look at my next season with that as my goal. Well, maybe not getting an award for it, but I'm looking forward to seeing how much I improve my times next season in the races I do. |

I look at my next season with that as my goal. Well, maybe not getting an award for it, but I'm looking forward to seeing how much I improve my times next season in the races I do. Target your weakness (mine was running) and work hard at it and you will see big gains if you do the work! Oh and buy a new bike, aero helmet, fast rubber and latex tubes.... I am a prime example that you *can* buy "free" speed... |
