Does anyone know of any sites that help in weekly meal planning? I don't mind cooking, I just find it very difficult to come up with a good variety of meals, which are healthy and good.

Go to the library and pull a bunch of different books, including veggie or vegan books for recipes packed with nutrients, you could always add meat.

what I use to do is develop a meal plan at the beginning of the week by randomly opening a recipe book and picking my recipes that way.  Remember to allocate leftovers into your plan
