Problems saving training log/ blog

I've had this problem for a while, but have avoided posting it because (1) it's not that big of a deal, and (2) it's hard to explain.

When I try to click "Save and return to blog" after updating, I'm unable to "depress" that button, and when I click on it, the page jumps up a few inches. Does that make sense at all? Normally I just copy everything to the clipboard, reload the page, paste it, and then save.
