Subject: Any available swim coach in Raleigh for beginner?

I am wondering if there are any swim coaches/classes in Raleigh that feel like taking on) (or are designed for) a newbie.  I know how to swim, but I know my technique is terrible and certainly not ready for any sort of race.  I am hoping to get in the pool a couple of times a week during the colder months - and then a lot more once our pool opens.  So, hopefully there are options for some coaching in one of the indoor pools in the area.  FYI - I am in N-Raleigh.

What do you think?  Any ideas?

Ifound it very beneficial in refining my awful stroke into something a little less awful   He also does Master's swim practices at TAC in Cary, which I'm sure if I went to my stroke might actually be productive but like you, I live in Raleigh.  There is a Master's group that swims out of Millbrook pool I believe that you could look into once your refine things a bit.

I'm going to Marty's clinic on March 17th. You can look at any of my races and see that while I'm not a beginner I still swim like one. This will be my 1st swim instruction of any kind.

Thanks to everyone's advice... I have set up some one to one swim lessons with Coach Marty.  Hopefully he can get me going in the right direction.
