Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share info for an upcoming race at Fraser Bicycle Shop in the Performance Lab on the computrainers that will be held March 31, 2012.  It is replacing the Inside Out Duathlon that they have held in the past, and has CASH prizes three deep in three different age groups for Male and Female, a total of $2000.00! 

It coincides with Fraser Bikes "Give us a TRI" sale.  If you haven't been to the shop, it is a bit of a triathlon candy store! The bikes are pretty great too!    In case you don't know, yes, I am a member of Club Fraser and on their Tri Team.  I don't know if I'll be racing or just volunteering, but I'll be there for sure.   Come on out and say Hi!

Thread Bump! 

Today is the big sale and TT at Fraser Bike.  I'll be riding in the 8am heat, then hanging around the shop for a while. 

The store opens at 10am for the "Give Us A Tri" Sale.  If your missing anything in your tri bag for the season, you may want to come and check it out!
