Subject: RE: 2-a-day workout orderI vary the order of my work outs to avoid boredom to my mind as well as my body. I maintained the same order at one time and found that I was getting fatigued quickly. Rest, then started again, switching the order on a weekly basis.
At present, I do something similar to:
MON - Swim am, bike pm
Tues - core am, run pm
etc.
Then switch it the following week ie:
Mon - core am, bike pm
Tues - swim am, run pm
etc.
The third week, I may change my rest day/s and make a different pattern and so on............ |
