Returning to the sport

I'm a lapsed X-Terra, Olympic and long-course triathlete, mainly due to injuries, but also I just plain got lazy.  I'm now motivated to get back into the sport. 

I have some expertise in tires and tubes having worked in the bike industry for more years than I care to admit.  I hope I can contribute some useful information.
