Had a good swim, swam along the rope connecting the bouys, so I kept strait and didn't have anyone splashing me on my breathing side.

It was very hot and humid, I just coudn't go. I didn't feel sore or hurt, just couldn't keep my legs running.
What would you do differently?:

I need to work on training in the heat more, maby need to have a gu packet while on the bike.

Mindy - you did a great job. I did the race too, and you're right about the heat and the humidity, especially that last 1 1/2 miles on the road. You did great. And now you have a benchmark to beat for next year.
