WTB: Women's road bike and roof racks!

Hi all -

I'm looking for a road bike for my GF, and hopefully a bit on a budget (<$700????). She's 5'2", and we've had her fit on anywhere from a 48cm to 51cm bike, depending on the brand. If anyone in Colorado has anything, let me know.

I'm also looking to pick up 1 or 2 roof racks for my Explorer. I found some new ones at REI, but if anyone is trying to offload some, I'd love to hear from you. And if anyone wants to trade for some used Yakima ski racks, I'm down too.
