Triathlon at Ramseur Lake?

Looks interesting. I used to live in that area.

Anybody have any more info on this?  Would work well with my schedule, but want more info before I register.

Hey - I'm the race director for that event! It is a brand new race this year. It's an olympic distance race in a small town in the heart of NC. It will be a relatively small race for the first year, but we hope to grow it from here. The course starts in a small clear lake, then leads to a ride through the rolling country roads (many freshly paved!) surrounding the park, and finishes with a pretty flat run on a pea-gravel trail that follows the old railroad tracks.
