Im not an expert by any means so take it for what its worth... You look to stretched out in the cockpit.

Not an expert, but you look like you're overextending your leg and you're stretched out over the cockpit.

Is that bike the right size?

The bike is a little big for me. I'm just trying to make it work as best as I can for now. A new tri bike and pro fit are on the "to buy when I'm employed again" list

If you can ride it comfortably stretched out like that then leave it.  I have back issues when i'm to stretched out.  Could be i'm not very flexible.  You might be.   Perhaps you could move the seat forward a bit.  That might close the gap a bit if its giving you problems.

I moved the seat forward about 1/2"... that was all the space I had on the rails. Thanks!

Your seat is definitely too high.  Notice the extension of your leg at the bottom of the stroke and the side to side hip rocking that goes on in the frontal profile.  You are reaching for the pedals at the bottom.
