Hello. Have already done 1 tri, next one is 6/27, both are sprints. Love the sport. Have 1 and possibly 2
oly's left this year. Next year would like to attempt a 1/2. Have a supportive wife, sure helps, 2 kids
under 3, and 2 jobs. Not much time for working out, but gotta. Have lost 30 pounds since Jan 29th,
Am currently at 265 or so. I try not to step on the scale, but more judge by girth and how I'm feeling. I'm
planning on using the measurements to guestimate body fat and use that as well. Chocolate is my
achilles heel. Anyway, that's me. Live in MN and am active on the trinewbiesonline.com site forum as well.
Type at ya later.
Jamma.

Hi, and welcome to the site. I'm in MN also, SE of St. Paul. It sounds like you've got your hands full and yet still find time to train! Way to go!

Hey Kelly, what tri's are you planning on doing this year? Have a group on TNO that are meeting at
Waconia in a few weeks.
I'm doing...

5/29/04 Owatonna Triathlon 1:43:28
6/27/04 Waconia Sprint Triathlon
7/24/04 Chaska River City Days Triathlon
8/7/04 Turtleman Triathlon

Hi Jamma!

I lurk on TNO so I saw the post about Waconia. I'm doing a relay in that race with my fiance. I'm doing the swim and bike, he's doing the run.

Races this season:
6/6/04 Buffalo sprint - 1:20:23
6/27/04 Waconia sprint relay
7/17/04 Lifetime sprint
9/4/04 St. Croix Valley sprint relay

I'd like to fit in another race in August, but am not sure if that will work out.

Cool, make sure y'all stop over after the race. Always nice to know the locals. Congrats on the
marriage too! Will be 8 years for us in Sept. I thought about the St. Croix Oly too, but Sara goes
back to teaching at a new school and may need help either watching the boys or moving all of
her stuff to the new class room. See ya at Waconia...
