Great Q & A and power file from Rapp's IMTX winning ride.

The VI is just amazing, the ability to run to your potential is maximized when you don't burn a single match while being down early in the race. Looks of patience and commitment to riding steady when in the pro field you often need to surge to answer attacks/moves by others.

His cadence really stands out for me.  Lots of people still have it in their head that they need to be pushing 90+ rpms, and that will make you a faster cyclist - and quicker runner coming off the bike.

Simply not true for a large number of people and they need to experiment to see what works for them.

That was a great read - thanks.  Now if I could just figure out how to make my 20min power = 77% of his CP....
