Subject: early 4th of july swim at alum creek?
a two part question: how early can you swim up at alum creek (6am? 5:30?) and how crowded do you really think it will be if i try to get up there on the 4th of july (super early)?  looking to take advantage of the day off from work to get some open water practice in...

I was wondering this myself, however i am not prone EVER to be at the lake at 6am.  I know COTT?  or JustTri is there around 6amish.  I'll be there at 8am and swim far enough out that I should avoid the crowds.

If you are going to be up there Wednesday morning around 8am, I will shoot for the same time.  I will touch base with you Tuesday sometime to make sure the time is still good.

Yup, M, W, F I am at Alum at 8am for a swim and run the first 2 weeks of July. DT, H2OLupa and Rob will be joining us.
