I discovered a tri shop in....

....Arlington Heights, IL.  I went to pick up my race packet for the Twin Lakes Tri in Palatine, IL and it was at Runner's High in A.H.  Well, based on the name I figured it was just a runner's shop like the one we have in Crystal Lake.  O no, my friends.  They don't sell bikes, but the have just about everything else.  Fuel belts, tri suits, tri shorts & singlets, a pretty wide selection of gels, wetsuits, etc.  They were really nice too.  I asked the owner if they had any clearance wetsuits because I can't afford a new one and he said he might be able to hook me up a guy he knows is selling an 04 Quintana Roo - never used.

They also had Crank e gels.  I don't go into nutrition stores much so maybe these are easy to find, but this is the first place I've ever seen them so I grabbed a few to see if I like them.
