Subject: 100 mile bike ride august 5th 2012 Indianapolis

Hey guys,

I am signed up for Ironman Louisville 2012 and am planning on a 100 mile ride this weekend.  last weekend I did a solo 80 at an 18.5mph average.  If you are interested in joining me this weekend or next weekend (will be about an 80m ride) then let me know.

Hey, I am doing Louisville also.  Last long ride is this Saturday (8/11) in Brown County (Goat Ride) to simulate the hills.  Race day registration is available.  Energy2action website (Shelbyville Runners).
