Subject: WTB: sram shifters/FD/RD, CX rings, wheels and saddle, handlebars
Hey all, got a few things I'm looking for to complete a build: 

SRAM Shifters/FD (31.8mm clamp)/RD. Rival preferred for economical purposes. Would like at least the generation that says "SRAM" on the levers (and not "Rival", "force" etc). But if the price is right, I'm open. 

I've got a crank, just need some 110 bcd rings. I've got a 36 and 34 inner, so a 46 outer that could pair would be great. 

WHeels - clincher, suitable for cyclocross. Not sure how much I want to spend, what can I get for $200-$500? 

Handlebar - nothing fancy, alloy. 42 or 44. 

Lastly, a saddle. Specialized Phenom would be awesome, but would consider something nice but economical (aka, well used but functional is fine).
