Subject: Tri coach in San Diego north county..?

I'm thinking that after I finish the HIM I'm trining for at the end of Sep I'd like to find a local tri coach.

I'm fairly new to endurance sports,

I'm turning 50 next month.

I'm looking for help with swimming and running more than biking.

I've been running using the galloway method so a coach that is comfortable with or embraces this method would be helpful.

I live in the Solana Beach area...

Mike Plumb.  Best deal out there, and a great coach.  If you are local (he lives in Carlsbad), he also does group workouts for clients for some of the bigger local races, as well as a free run interval workout on Tuesday evenings in Carlsbad.  Mike is also very active in the Triathlon Club of San Diego.
