Subject: RE: Need customized plan adjusted for 100k bike at Abu Dhabi 2013 Michelle, Go to the Gold Plans, create a Half Ironman plan, putting in 1800 yard swim, 62 mile bike and a 8mile run. Alternatively you can create an Olympic plan with the 1640 yard swim, 50 mile bike and a 6 mile run. It's not going to match your distance perfectly, but each race distance that we create a plan from has certain constraints. I would do the first option I presented using the HIM option - nothing wrong with a little overdistance. Let me know if you need any help or have additional questions. |
