Subject: Any podcast/ Itunes download recommendations?
Heading to the DC area this weekend for a bachelor party, and its a 5 hour drive without kids and wifey in the car and looking to download some tri related webcasts/podcasts to listen to. Does anyone have any ideas of good one for either itunes or droid(not sure if droid even supports that type of stuff....but I have a ipod touch so itunes downloads would work...thanks

My go-to podcasts are:

The Age Grouper (it's been a while since they posted anything new, but if you're catching up you'll be fine)

The UltraRunner Podcast (interviews with all the great Ultra guys.  I'm not an ultra runner, but they're still great listens)

 

For road trips without the fam, I'll also throw on some of my audiobooks for motivational stuff.  Some of my favorites that I don't mind repeating are "Born to Run" and Chrissie's book "Life Without Limits".
