5:45am:  Insanity Cardio Abs
Later:  hill repeats with my CC runners

Looks to be a fantastic day!  Happy training...work hard!

With outdoor pool closed now and indoor pool not yet open (its seasonal) I'm short a workout. Either the 4k hill run route or weights tonight.

Awesome 5.5 mile run at lunch. Perfect running weather, Sunny 51 degrees with a light breeze, I was pissed I ran out of time and had to get back to work . It was one of those days where nothing was really hurting and you just wanted to keep Going & going & going, and that doesn't happen very often at least not to me!!!

40 minutes in the pool this AM, just got back from a 20 mile ride. Allergies are killer today, but frost hits tonight...DIE RAGWEED, DIE!! MUahahahahahhahaha!!
