Subject: Mont Tremblant

Hello all

I was wondering on the parking for Mont-Tremblant event?

I may be staying about an hour away and was wondering how easy it is to get close parking for racers?

Thanks

I stayed close enough to walk to the venue at this year's race, but the Athlete's Guide is still posted on the race website.  Here is the blurb on parking from the Guide:

FREE PARKING

Free parking for the race will be available in 6 zones:

(A) Des Voyageurs zone Parking P2 and P6

(B) Soleil zone which includes la Base Soleil, V4, the Pit a Gauthier and the streets of Versant Soleil

(C) Duplessis zone Parkings P3 and P5

(D) Quatre Sommets zone, which includes Pit a Miller, Chemin des quatre sommets and Chemin de la Reserve

(E) Club Intrawest zone which includes parking lots of Beach & Tennis and the practice area of Le Geant Golf Club.

(F) The North zone which includes all of the North Face parking lots.

Area hotels also offer 1,400 indoor parking spaces in addition to 1,110 more parking spaces within accommodations outside of the pedestrian village.

There were some lots fairly close but not sure how quickly they filled up.
