For me, it's the one that I play in my own head. When I was racing A LOT, I would do it almost every night as I went to sleep: The feel of the perfect swim stroke, the water rushing past me. The feel of the perfect pedal stroke, the effortlessness of the spin, the total relaxation of the upper body, and the feeling of the wind slipping by.  The feel of effortless speed in the run, lightness of the stride, leaving every one behind, and breaking the tape alone.

Wicked loud music and not thinking about the race. It's a quick way to psyche out for me and I maintain a smooth thinking process through the race as long as my focus is being not focused.
