Good morning BT...halfway through October, so hard to believe!

4:15am:  1:30/27.50 miles on the KK

Good Morning!

Gonna hit the weights at the Gym on my lunch break then masters swim tonight. I had an awesome session in the pool sat. morning. Getting a lot closer to a 1:20/100 yd pace. Now if I can just get there and maintain that pace for 1.5km!

Maybe some light swiming for me today Probably just do pulling drills no Kicking, Looks like I might have strained something in my hip Playing with the dogs, seems to be responding to Ice well though, so probably no running for a few days as well as he hobbles off into the sunset .
