Today is my Friday...yaaaay!  Traveling to cross country Divisionals tomorrow.  Even though our school is in northern Nevada, we are aligned with the south--warm weather here we come!

First time back in the pool in weeks today.  I guess my end of season break is over and it's time to settle in for a long winter of training.  Was back on the trainer last week.  Here we go again.

Shooting for a slow 3-3.5 mile run (did speed, 6x800, yesterday so the legs are tired).  HM is only a week and a half away, and then I can get back to less unbalanced training.

Traveling, so I'm lucky enough to do the run by the ocean in SoCal!

Good luck Friday with the meet!

Did 1500 yd in the pool this morning, no time for more; at least not at my swim pace.  Smile

After dropping my daughter off at tennis practice I did 18+ miles on the bike and then 3.25 mile run; had to stop to go pick her back up.  Essentially longer than either of my two sprint tris this year, although T1 today was in hours not seconds.  Wink

20+ miles on the bike at just under race pace.  Last race of the season next week.

just getting back into the swing of things after a long break.  I'm finding my cardio's ok, but i've lost all the strenght in my legs.  2 mile run in a time to embarrassing to say out loud.  but starting to feel better thana week ago.

Ran outside for the first time in five weeks--1:02 in Singapore Botanical Garden. Glorious--time passes so much faster outside! PM 40 minute swim at Sentosa. Most of it was freestyle; not very fast but stroke fairly normal. Now it feels unnatural to breathe on the side I originally breathed on--can't win!

6 mile run and then had one of the worst 3100m swims I've had in awhile...The last 750m I was averaging 2:02/100m with the same effort that I'd normally average closer to 1:50. I don't know if it's that I'm still recovering from my HIM on Sunday, I ran first instead of after, or if I just had a bad day. Either way, it's frustrating.
