have you had a PRP injection/

Thinking of getting a PRP injection in my ankle. Can you tell me about your experiences?

I have been dealing with an intermittent ankle issue for 6 months now. I would take some time off running, but it would always come back. I have been rehabbing it since June. I had cortisone back in June and a MRI in September. The MRI didn't show anything serious, just some inflammation. I finally  took 6 weeks off running and my PT said I could try a run walk this past week so I did. I walked half miles in between running. I ran 1/2 mile, 3/4 and then 1.5 and everything was fine. I tried this 2 days later and it was great until afterwards. I'm running out of solutions. The ankle is the strongest it's ever been, but when I get the pain it becomes unstable again. I think the PRP shot is next.
