Anyone know why I would want the computrainer over the powerbeam. I hear the powerbeam is easier to use and is less money. What does a computrainer do that the powerbeam doesn't?
A Lemond Trainer is right around $1000 MSRP, but Ebay will have it for less. It feels very natural. Speed, cadence, watts, and heartrate data is downloaded via USD memory stick and can be read / analyzed using a spreadsheet. You can plot all this data to determine optimal heartrate and cadence ranges.
