Anyone in Montgomery???

Hi Everyone in AL-
I'm trying to convince my best friend that she needs to train for a triathlon..only she's convinced that there is no one in Montgomery that does tri's. I'm trying to do some research for her to prove her wrong! I'm in Atlanta, so I doubt we'll be training together much.

So for anyone in Montgomery... are there any tri clubs? I noticed some one mentioned the Mont. Track Club...any other groups I can fill her in on?? Help me rope someone in to this madness!!!
